DAY 1 Oslo
Welcome to Norway! Upon arrival in Oslo, please make your way to your hotel. After check-in the rest of the day is at your leisure to explore the Norwegian capital.

DAY 2 Oslo
After breakfast, the day is at your leisure. Oslo is the Viking city, the culture city, the winter capital, the city of rolling hills and spectacular fjords, and the capital city of Norway since 1814 (then Kristiania) when Norway was declared independent of Denmark.
So if you are not taking up an optional tour, be sure to visit Frogner Park with the Vigeland monolith and the Museum of Viking Ships with three original ships on display. You can also visit the Royal Palace and Akershus Castle. Alternatively, if you prefer to discover the city by bus, join the optional Oslo Panorama tour.

DAY 3 Oslo - Flam
After an early breakfast, meet your tour manager and your fellow travellers for a short walk to the rail station, where upon arrival, you’ll depart to Flam including a short break at the mountain stop Myrdal.
Upon arrival in Myrdal, you will need to alight from your train and walk to the opposite side of the platform to join the legendary Flam Railway (the train has ‘Flåmsbana’ displayed on the side of the green coloured carriages for convenience). The Flam Railway offers spectacular panoramic views of some of the wildest and most magnificent nature in the Norwegian fjord landscape. Today skilled workers, effective equipment, tunnels, and snow tunnels make the railway one of the safest and most comfortable ways of travelling between Oslo and Bergen.
Upon arrival in Flam, it is an easy 4 minute walk from the station to your hotel located in the heart of the village.

DAY 4 Flam
Today you will experience the Naeroyfjord in its full winter glory! One of Norway's most visually stunning fjords, surrounded by steep mountains with snow covered tops that stretch up to 1800 metres above sea level, slender waterfalls, and picturesque-postcard villages. This is an area that is featured on the UNESCO world heritage list and is considered one of the world's most beautiful fjord landscapes.
This excursion is a combination of a winter fjord cruise and after disembarking in Gudvangen, a shuttle bus will return you to Flam.

DAY 5 Flam - Bergen
Enjoy breakfast this morning, afterwards, you can opt for a snow shoes optional tour while experiencing the morning sun from high above the fjord, or make your way back to the Flam station and enjoy the scenic Flam Railway to Bergen via Myrdal. After your mid-afternoon arrival in Bergen, it is just a short walk to your hotel and check-in.
Bergen is known as the gateway to the Fjords of Norway, a UNESCO World Heritage City, and a European City of Culture, so why not consider dining tonight in one of the many restaurants around the historic Bryggen.

DAY 6 Bergen
After breakfast, there will be on offer an optional tour of the colourful fish market and a stroll through the narrow lanes of ancient Bryggen. Perhaps, take a ride to the spectacular Floibanen Funicular, which will take you to the top of Floyen Mountain, and from here, enjoy the panoramic view of the city. The Bryggen has become a symbol of Norway’s cultural heritage and has gained a place on UNESCO's World Heritage List.
