DAY 1 Reykjavik
Your tour commences with an optional arrival transfer from the airport. This evening is at leisure to enjoy the city, decked out in festive lights and decorations for the holiday season. Reykjavik offers a great variety of restaurants and coffee-houses, making dinner a great way to get better acquainted with Iceland's capital.

DAY 2 Reykjavik – Golden Circle – Reykjavik
Start the day by boarding a special SuperJeep to Thingvellir National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where the world’s oldest parliament met for centuries on the shores of Iceland’s largest lake. Visit the dramatic two tiered Gullfoss Waterfall, a spectacular sight in winter when frozen mid cascade. Continue to the geothermal fields of Geysir with bubbling mud pools and the high spouting Strokkur hot spring. Later, proceed to Langjokull, Iceland's second largest glacier, where you will embark on a guided snowmobile adventure on the surface of the glacier. Afterwards, warm up with a delicious soup dinner followed by a hunt for the northern lights with your driver and guide.

DAY 3 Reykjavik - Perlan Wonders of Iceland - Reykjavik
This morning, begin preparing for New Years by joining a walking tour. Your first stop is to purchase fireworks from the Icelandic Rescue Teams. All proceeds from the fireworks are used to support their amazing work, whose employees are mainly volunteers. As you are taken around the capital, you will discover unique traditions and Icelandic folklore. Listen to tales about encounters between Icelanders and elves (also known as Hidden People) that have taken place between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. The excursion ends in a beautiful clearing where your group will light a small bonfire, enjoy a toast to life and love and say farewell to the passing year in traditional Icelandic fashion. The remainder of your afternoon is at leisure. This evening, delight in a festive New Year’s Eve dinner and celebration at the famous Perlan Wonders of Iceland. Indulge in a six-course masterpiece paired with five exquisite wines, culminating in a midnight toast on the Observation Deck, offering breathtaking city views filled with colourful fireworks.

DAY 4 Reykjavik - Blue Lagoon - Reykjavik
Gleoilegt Ar! Happy New Year! Today will be used to recharge and rejuvenate from last night’s celebration. You will be transferred through the surreal landscapes of the Reykjanes Peninsula, where you can enjoy a dip in the famous Blue Lagoon, a unique wonder of nature with pleasantly warm, mineral rich water in the middle of a black lava field. Soothed and relaxed, return to Reykjavik, where the evening is at your own leisure.

DAY 5 Reykjavik
Your tour concludes with a private transfer from your hotel to Keflavik Airport for your onward journey.
