This morning, bundle up and breathe in the crisp Arctic air as you set out on an unforgettable snowshoe adventure. Strap on your snowshoes and step straight into a storybook landscape - endless white forests, rolling powdery hills, and untouched wilderness.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy. As night falls, another adventure begins on an evening safari by heated sleigh, gliding through the dark wilderness in search of the magical Northern Lights.

DECEMBER 23 Saariselka – Rovaniemi
The adventures continues as you make your way to rural Rovaniemi (located approx 10kms from the city centre). Along the way you will visit one of the highlights of the tour to meet the traditional Sami farmers who will tell you about the reindeer. Sitting in a two-person sleigh, pulled by your reindeer, you will experience a short ride in this traditional and peaceful way of moving through the white landscape where the only sound you will hear is the melody of reindeer bells.

Afterwards, check-in to your hotel and begin your Christmas adventure with an afternoon at leisure before tonight's buffet Lappish dinner.

DECEMBER 24 Rovaniemi – Santa Claus Village – Rovaniemi
Enjoy a Scandinavian breakfast buffet before going on your next adventure, the Husky Farm and Safari. The barking of enthusiastic dogs will welcome you to the most genuine Husky farm in Rovaniemi. After brief instructions you embark, riding in pairs, on a run through the forest behind your pack of huskies.

The day continues with a visit to the world famous Santa Claus Village, built right on the Arctic Circle and home to Santa Claus. Stop by his busy post office where you can ask Santa to send a letter to your loved ones just before Christmas.

At the beginning of the evening, experience the magic of Christmas like never before with an exclusive visit from Santa Claus at the hotel. This private and enchanting encounter allows you to meet him in person and enjoy an unforgettable moment filled with joy and warmth. Afterwards, enjoy a Christmas Eve Gala dinner at your hotel.

Today explore the magnificent Ranua Wildlife Park, situated 80km south of Rovaniemi. home to an array of Arctic and northern animal species. Enjoy a guided tour of the beautiful park set northern conifer forests, the natural habitat of most of the animals and birds. Return to Rovaniemi with the remainder of the afternoon at leisure. In the evening come together for a special Christmas meal with your fellow travellers.

This morning, enjoy a morning at leisure, with the possibility to join an optional ice fishing excursion, before checking in for your final night with a stay at the unique Santa's Igloos, in your private Glass Igloo. Enjoy the warmth of your Glass Igloo and weather permitting you will have the opportunity to marvel at the amazing Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) and the millions of stars from the comfort of your own bed. Tonight, you also have the possibility to join an optional tour to search for the Northern Lights on an exciting snowmobile adventure through the beautiful winter landscape.
