DAY 1 Riga
Arrive in Riga with an optional transfer to your hotel. Tonight join your fellow travellers and Tour Manager at a welcome meeting.

DAY 2 Riga
Riga, founded in 1201, is a true kaleidoscope of architectural styles. Your walking tour of the Old Town includes Riga Castle, Dome Cathedral, St. Peter’s Church and Freedom Monument. In the afternoon, join an optional visit to Jurmala which is famous for its wooden architecture and sandy beaches. This evening enjoy an optional organ concert at the Dome Cathedral.

DAY 3 Riga
After being acquainted with Riga, you will have the possibility of discovering medieval Latvia. The optional tour for this morning takes you to the stunning scenery of the Gauja National Park and the town of Sigulda. Listen to the medieval Latvian legend of the Rose of Turaida and see the ruins of the Episcopal Castle and of the Castle of the Knights of the Sword before returning to Riga. The afternoon offers an optional visit to the Ethnographical Open-Air Museum, a spacious exposition of 18th century country life.

DAY 4 Riga - Parnu - Tallinn
Drive along the coastal highway to the Estonian resort town of Parnu. Enjoy a short tour before travelling through northern Estonia to Tallinn.

DAY 5 Tallinn
Explore the walled, medieval city of Tallinn on a walking tour and see Toompea Castle, Dome Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Great Guild Hall and Old Town Hall. In the afternoon, take an optional excursion to Kadriorg Park with its baroque palace built for Peter the Great, and KUMU, the award winning new Estonian art museum. In the evening, enjoy an optional medieval dinner.

DAY 6 Tallinn - Helsinki
Optional day excursion to Lahemaa National Park where you will visit Palmse Manor, a memorial to the von Pahlen family and Sagadi Manor. The tour ends with a visit to the charming 16th century Vihula Manor and the Vodka Museum followed by lunch. Return back to Tallinn to the ferry terminal to cross the Gulf of Finland to Helsinki. Enjoy a refreshing tour through the Finnish archipalego before arriving to Helsinki. On arrival, be transferred to your hotel.

DAY 7 Helsinki
Helsinki, at the crossroads of western and eastern culture, exhibits both Swedish and Russian influences. Your sightseeing tour includes the city’s lovely harbour, Parliament Building, Finlandia Hall, Sibelius Monument and the famous “Church in the Rock.” In the afternoon, transfer to Helsinki harbour and depart on an overnight cruise to Stockholm.

DAY 8 Stockholm
Arrive into Stockholm this morning and embark on a tour through the medieval Old Town - Gamla Stan. See the Royal Palace, Stockholm Cathedral, and colourful merchant houses lining the cobbled streets. Continue past the Parliament House and along the scenic waterfront of Strandvägen. A highlight of the tour is a stop at the impressive Stockholm City Hall, known for its iconic tower and the venue of the Nobel Prize banquet. Pass through elegant Östermalm and enjoy panoramic views from the island of Södermalm before finishing at your hotel.

DAY 9 Stockholm
Today is free for you to explore Stockholm at your own leisure. With its unique blend of historic charm and contemporary flair, the city offers countless opportunities for discovery. You may wish to stroll through the quaint alleyways of Gamla Stan, visit one of the many world-class museums such as the Vasa Museum or ABBA The Museum, or take a scenic boat tour through the archipelago.

Day 10 Stockholm
