Day 1 Prague
Welcome to the heart of Bohemia! Your tour commences with an arrival transfer to your hotel . The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore this charming city. A walk through the Old Town and across Charles Bridge is recommended.

Day 2 Prague
Your comprehensive scheduled city tour includes Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge, Prague’s Royal Castle, medieval Old Town Square and historic Jewish Quarter. After a free afternoon, enjoy this evening’s dinner of traditional Czech dishes whilst being entertained with a folklore show. BD

Day 3 Prague – Cesky Krumlov
Take the morning shuttle transfer through the beautiful Bohemian countryside to the medieval town of Cesky Krumlov. After check-in at your hotel, meet your local guide for a privately guided tour of this UNESCO-protected town with its cobblestone streets and grand castle, one of the largest in Europe. If you're lucky, you might even be able to spot one of the brown bears that protects the castle from the dried out moat below. B

Day 4 Cesky Krumlov – Telc – Trebon - Cesky Krumlov
Travel east to Telc for a tour of the Renaissance Old Town including the main square with its many multi-coloured gabled house. After free time, depart for Třeboň, the famous centre of the Bohemian lakes area and a well-known spa town. After a walking tour of the town with your guide return to Cesky Krumlov for overnight. B

Day 5 Cesky Krumlov – Bratislava
This morning take a private shuttle transfer to Bratislava, capital of the Slovak Republic. Your city tour will include the castle, historic restored Old Town, St. Martin’s Cathedral and Primate’s Palace. B

Day 6 Bratislava/ Small Carpathians
Take an excursion to the picturesque Small Carpathians region where you will visit a family winery in Modra to enjoy lunch and wine tasting. Afterwards continue to Pezinok to visit a local pottery manufacturer, before returning to Bratislava. BL

Day 7 Bratislava – Poprad – Tatranska Lomnica
From Bratislava, board a scenic train through the majestic Tatra Mountains to Poprad, from where you will drive to a village in the High Tatras, a region famous for its traditional costumes and typical wooden architecture. Overnight at an alpine chalet. B

Grand Hotel Praha (4 star) or similar

Day 8 Tatranska Lomnica – Spis – Kosice
Leaving the High Tatras by private vehicle you will visit the historic town of Kezmarok and explore the dramatic ruins of Spis Castle* built in the 12th century. Following lunch (own expense), you continue to your hotel in Kosice, where you will have a walking tour of the Old Town and dinner. BD

*Note: Spis Castle is only open April to November.

Day 9 Kosice – Budapest

Cross the border and drive to the Hungarian capital city of Budapest. Check-in at your hotel with the remainder of the day at leisure to start your exploration of this city whose two main parts are divided by the Danube River. B

Day 10 Budapest
On a morning scheduled city tour you first visit Pest to see St. Stephen’s Basilica, State Opera House, Hero’s Square and House of Parliament. Then cross the Danube River to Buda where you will visit St. Matthias Church, Fisherman’s Bastion and the castle district. In the evening, enjoy a Hungarian dinner and folklore show. BD

Day 11 Budapest
Your tour concludes after breakfast with a departure transfer for your onward journey. B
